Meet Brian Urso
Brian Urso brings a lifetime of experience in employer solutions to Persone. Having grown up in a family deeply rooted in the Professional Employer Organization industry, he was immersed early in the values of service, stewardship, and helping businesses care for their people. That foundation guided his career as he provided specialized insurance solutions for PEOs and staffing companies and later joined a national employer resources firm, contributing to its growth from 60,000 to more than one million worksite employees.
Through these experiences, Brian recognized that clients increasingly need personalized support, flexible solutions, and technology tailored to their unique operations. Yet many employer resource firms aren’t built to deliver that level of customization. Determined to create something different, he founded Persone with a clear purpose: to build a company rooted in faith, values, and genuine relationships. At Persone, people truly come first, and every partnership reflects Brian’s belief that personalized service, trust, and integrity drive lasting success.
